Online Customer Service Officer [ Email & Live chat ] *Kowloon Bay / Tuen Mun* $14-15K

Our client is a Telecommunication company and they are now looking for the candidate as below:

The Role

  • Response to customer's inquiry and complaint through email and live chat platform
  • Develop good relationship with customers
  • Working in Kowloon Bay / Tuen Mun (Optional)
  • 8-9 working hours per day (shift duty from 8am to 10pm), 5-6 days per week (48 hours), shift holidays
  • Extra Night Shift Allowance $1500-$1800 will be offered to candidate who is willing to on shift between 2pm-00am (for Kowloon Bay ONLY)

The Person

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • At least 1 year Full time working experience
  • Good command in read and written English
