Digital Customer Service Executive (DrGo) (GJ1226)


About DrGo

DrGo is an app-based platform which facilitates the provision of medical and healthcare services to eligible users, where qualified Hong Kong doctors will meet and interact with patients via video consultation and provide diagnosis and medical advice.  Any prescribed medicine will be delivered directly to your door.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Provide support for healthcare concierge service in call center environment
  • Provide best-in-class quality service by phone and through multiple digital interfaces – DrGo App / email / social media / live chat
  • Assist customers in navigating various digital service tools, and provide assistance on online application functionality
  • Perform order entry and use systems for service tracking, information gathering, or problem solving

Working location

  • Shatin (nearby City One Town)

 

Working hours

  • 42.5 or 48 hours per week, 5-day work
  • Willing to take up day shift duty (within 0800-2000) or night shift duty (1530-0000), and work on weekend & public holidays

 

We look for

  • F.5 / DSE or above with minimum 1 year of customer service experience; experience in healthcare and concierge service is preferred
  • Customer-oriented, with empathy and good caring attitude
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English; fluent Putonghua would be an added advantage
  • Good computer knowledge, data entry and typing skills in English and Chinese (速成/倉頡)
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks on various technology platforms; able to learn and utilize new technology as service evolves
