Customer Service Executive (Inbound Call Center) (9320)


Your role

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints on NETVIGATOR / Now TV / eye3 Smart Communications / Home Phone service via inbound phone calls
  • Identify customers’ needs and expectations, provide quality services and solutions to customers
  • Cooperate with other team members to resolve customer request efficiently
  • Cross-sell and up-sell company products and services

 

Working location

  • Shatin (nearby City One Town)

 

Working hours

  • Shift duties between 8am – 8pm, including weekends & public holidays
  • 42.5 or 48 working hours per week (optional to candidates)

 

To succeed in this role

  • F.5 / DSE or above with minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Representative
  • Good spoken English and Cantonese
  • Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
