Recycling Programme

RESPONSIBILITIES
⚫ Assist to build and maintain the comprehensive donor database
⚫ Liaising with external parties
⚫ Assist in handling hotline/email/social media enquiries
⚫ Assist in other marketing and development functions
⚫ General admin work and assist to prepare different reports
⚫ To carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS
⚫ An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
⚫ Level 2 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or (ii) have Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects in the HK Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
⚫ 2 years' relevant experience in Marketing
⚫ Good communication and interpersonal skills
⚫ Good command of oral & written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
⚫ Proficiency in using Microsoft application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
⚫ Positive, pleasant, self-motivated and multi-tasking
