RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the service quality of health & nursing service and make recommendations for continuous enhancement
• Formulate related service guidelines/ protocols and make regular review.
• Ensure the respective service units are in compliance with protocols and procedures related to license requirements
• Lead and conduct related service audits and assessments
• Take the lead in service development on health & nursing service, including the use of information and technology
• Provide supports to service units, e.g. coaching, case consultation, on-site infection control assessment, etc.
• Supervise members of central health & nursing service team
• Review and propose manpower planning
• Organize or conduct trainings for respective employees
• Provide professional advice on respective service biddings
• Propose and conduct evidence-based research and publications
• Perform other legitimate duties assigned by superiors


REQUIREMENTS

• An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• Master / Degree holder in Nursing or equivalent
• Holder of a valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Qualification in advanced nursing specialty
• At least 10 years’ post-registration experience of which 5 years should be in a managerial position.
• Experience in Social Service field is a plus
• Strong PC skills in using MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; service-oriented, pro-active, and innovative
• Strong leadership, coaching, strategic planning, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Handle sensitive information in confidential and professional manner
• Immediate availability is preferred
