業務發展主管/經理 Business Solution Executive / Manager
Responsibilities:
- Business development on clients (ie. deal with HR managers, line managers and even company owners), including recruitment service and other HR solution services;
- Provide headhunting service and manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidate to client interview to offer stage;
- Build and maintain relationships with clients;
- Provide consultancy service to both candidate and client on market trend, future development, salary range and candidate pool;
- Identifying, developing and managing business relationships
Requirements:
- Degrees in HR, Communications, Global studies, International studies will have an advantage.
- Have a global mindset
- 2 years of Sales/Consultancy experience (from insurance or digital marketing or media agency will be an advantage). Fresh graduate will be considered
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is a necessary.
- Speaking fluent Mandarin will be a big plus
- Ambitious, motivated, able to cope with stressful situations and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently, optimistic and have high energy level
- Fresh Grad / Candidates have less relevant experience may be considered as Business Development Executive

- 向客戶提供獵頭服務,包括由尋找候選人開始,直至完成整個招聘程序;
- 建立和維護與客戶的關係;
- 為求職者和客戶提供有關市場趨勢、未來發展、薪資範圍;
- 為求職者提供職業諮詢服務
要求:
- 具人力資源、傳播、國際研究等相關學位優先。
- 具有國際思維
- 具2年銷售/諮詢經驗優先(有保險,數字營銷或媒體代理經驗者更佳)
- 精通英語、粵語、普通話
- 積極進取,能夠應對壓力大及快速的環境
- 良好溝通技巧
- 能夠獨立工作,樂觀向上,精力充沛
- 應屆畢業生/候選人的相關經驗較少,可以考慮作為業務發展主任。
