Assistant Business Executive
Recycling Programme (Reference No.: SA/RP/0002-2022) RESPONSIBILITIES: ⚫ Follow up all Finance Reports and responsible for management reports, including verification, analysis, projection, review, etc. ⚫ Develop RP business analytical reports ⚫ Handle Payment vouchers and update asset list ⚫ Prepare monthly analysis reports for management ⚫ Monitor and control project status to ensure project development aligned with business strategy ⚫ Track project progress to ensure deliverables are on schedule ⚫ Conduct regular analysis and cascade the insight to management for continuous improvement ⚫ Other duties assigned by Recycling Programme Director / Senior Manager REQUIREMENTS: ⚫ An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army ⚫ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Statistics, minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in multi-national company related to Retail industry ⚫ Advanced knowledge in Mathematics calculations and statistics, MS office is must ⚫ Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes and strong analytical skills ⚫ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired ⚫ Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese ⚫ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Application Procedure Please send your full resume with expected salary to Senior Human resources Officer, Recycling Programme, The Salvation Army, Unit 1A, 1/F, Tung Chun Industrial Building, 9-11 Cheung Wing Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories or email to RP.Recruit@hkm.salvationarmy.org All information provided will be treated in strictest confidence & used for recruitment purpose only.
