Recycling Programme

RESPONSIBILITIES

• · To be responsible for all sales revenue, surplus, and costs of the sales functions being assigned, and reach their KPI targets
• · To assist Senior Manager in all aspects and operations of the Retails Team which include but not limited to people management, store operations, merchandising, customer relationship management, budgeting, planning, monitoring, analysis and reporting
• · To initiate development & implementation of retail strategies & action plans at operational level
• · To lead new store opening & renovation projects
• · To review & update the Operations Manual including all guidelines & procedures
• · To handle customer complaints
• · To assure the completeness and well organization of the documentation for Retails Team.
• · Perform other legitimate duties as assigned by the superiors

REQUIREMENTS

• · An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• · Degree in Retail/ Marketing/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• · At least 5 years’ relevant experience in retails field of which 2 years should be at management level. Experience in multi-national company related to retail industry is preferred
• · Good understanding of retail sector and on-line sales is an advantage
• · Initiative, well-organized, responsible, detail-minded, strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure
• · Excellent leadership, analytical, people management & staff development skills
• · Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with passion in retail
• · Immediate available is preferred
