Responsibilities

• Carry out site supervision of the contractors' works to ensure that all projects are completed safely, on time with good quality and in compliance with the specification requirements
• Liaise with relevant parties on site works, carry out safety inspection, monitor testing and commissioning as well as compile and maintain site records
• Assist in reviewing design submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness of as-built records

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in construction works, preferably gained in operating railway environment
• Experience in E&M services modification and equipment replacement projects in operating railway environment is an advantage

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
• Successful candidates will be assigned to team based on their backgrounds and operational needs
