Your role

• Support any enquiries or follow up towards customers regarding Network Coverage issue
• Follow the pre-set procedures and workflows and complete the job in a follow-up and follow-through manner & per requirements, policies, guidelines and procedures stipulated by all concerning parties from times to times
• Learn proactively and grasp latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties
• Perform duty in a professional manner so that company image can be safeguarded at all times
• Carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need
  
  

To Succeed in this role

• Good command of both spoken & written Cantonese and English.
• Sound knowledge of PC such as Internet, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive working attitude, responsible and result-oriented.
• 48 working hours per week, willing to work on shift between Monday to Sunday: 09:00 - 20:00
