Your role

• Handle customer enquiries or complaints through hotline and offer one-stop resolution
• Handle customer dispute cases with care and professionalism and escalate to supervisor when needed
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers
• Follow procedures and workflows to comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties
  

To succeed in this role

• HKCEE/ HKDSE graduate or above
• Customer oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese and English
• Knowledge on common PC software applications would be an advantage
• Able to work shift duty, 48 working hours per week
• Working Location: Tuen Mun / Kowloon Bay
