Job Summary

  • This is a critical role in Hong Kong Disneyland Consumer Insights team to support and execute primary consumer research with emphasis in implementation of social media monitoring, brand tracker, KPI dashboard, qualitative studies and other ad hoc projects. This role is also vital in contributing day-to-day work that provides decision support to company-wide reporting processes in operations performance, customer service, marketing & communication.


  • Execute primary consumer research (data collected from potential and existing customers outside park and resorts), with emphasis in execution of social media monitoring, brand tracker, KPI dashboard, and ad hoc projects, to provide decision support to company-wide reporting processes in operations performance, customer service, marketing & communication.
  • Execute Social Media Monitoring in key markets in Hong Kong, China and Key International Markets track closely Hong Kong Disneyland’s brand and market performance, key competitors’ happenings well as major social events that may have influence on overall business.
  • Maintain and support Brand Tracker implementation including questionnaire update, regular reporting as well as assisting the related ad hoc requests to answer specific business questions.
  • Manage Monthly KPI Dashboard and ensure quality of deliverables.
  • Execute other Ad-hoc Customized Studies to answer specific business questions, conduct Secondary Research, and analyze secondary data in consumer and tourism travel trend.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure seamless execution and quality deployment of research projects.
  • Prepare and communicate research results across departments with primary focus in marketing.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, applied mathematics, statistics, business or social sciences.
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in experience in executing social monitoring projects and customized qualitative and quantitative research projects.
  • Solid knowledge in customized market research projects, with progressive experience gained from Local and International Market Research environment. Ability to handle technically complex projects.
  • Working knowledge in analyzing and summarizing first-hand feedback from social sphere and providing business with timely reactions of certain social or business events through social monitoring.
  • Experience in “leading and guiding” outside vendor using customized approach to solving the company’s specific problems.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations based on user-friendly reports and presentations.
  • Must have demonstrated ability in report writing and/or business review presentations.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and handle multiple work assignments with high standards.
  • Must be capable of working independently on programs and projects, but must have the maturity to seek guidance / approval & communicate appropriate.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
