Administrative Assistant (行政助理), Finance Department and Human Resources Department (Ref: AA/FDHRD/01-23)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Human Resources and Finance Departments, and Boards & Councils.
- Provide support in handling medical, life and employees’ compensation insurance.
- Assist in handling financial matters such as budgeting, prepare payment vouchers, etc.
- Assist in organising staff engagement events.
- Handle general office administrative and housekeeping duties.
- Perform any legitimate duties assigned by the superior(s)
REQUIREMENTS
- An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, OR Higher Diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant role serving senior management and in Human Resources or Financial sector is preferable
- Strong PC skills in using MS Office and web applications
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Demonstrated maturity and confidentiality
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Pro-active, innovative, strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded
- Able to work under pressure and independently
