RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for all reservations and room sales;
• Conduct market research and provide competitor pricing report;
• Recommend seasonal room rates;
• Maintain good relations with travel agents and online booking agents, occasional visits to travel agencies may be required;
• Handle reservations and customer enquiries;
• Prepare sales reports as required;
• Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army;
• Diploma or above in hospitality/hotel management or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience of which 1 year should be in hotel reservation and sales;
• Social media and online publishing experience are required;
• Good command of PMS (Oasis) is preferred;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Customer-orientated and possess good problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
