高級助理人力資源經理(行政事務及系統) [REF:DH(HR)/SAHRM(AS)/NET]

Location: Sheung Wan

Roles & responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate the re-development of the HRIS as well as the development of other HR related systems including the digitization of current paper forms;
  • oversee the daily operation of the HR related IT systems, review their ongoing performance and provide recommendations for system enhancement;
  • prepare and draft procedures/training manuals/guidelines, maintain documentation and conduct user training;
  • develop and update HR analytics reports for management review and strategic planning;
  • undertake general office administration duties, budgeting, office renovation coordination, compilation of regular/annual returns, information gathering and compilation, as well as regular reviews to streamline operational procedures; and
  • provide executive support to assigned ad hoc tasks/projects.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
  • a recognized degree or equivalent, preferably in IT discipline;
  • at least Grade D in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
  • proficient in English and Chinese;
  • hands on IT knowledge and experience in the development and management of human resources systems;
  • preferably 2 years’ relevant experience in personnel administration/project management; and
  • good communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.

Vaccine Pass requirements:

Job applicant (if appointed) will be required to enter or work in specified/other applicable premises under the Vaccine Pass and fulfill the Vaccine Pass requirements in accordance with the Prevention and Control of Disease (Vaccine Pass) Regulation (Cap. 599L) and as stipulated by the Hospital Authority/Education Bureau/Social Welfare Department/other authorities at any point of time during the course of employment.
