Customer Service Officer 客戶服務主任 [Ref: CSO012018_hg]

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the customer service counter, handle guest check in /check out & payments
  • Handle guest enquiries and complaints
  • Enhance communication & build up a good rapport with guests
  • Update information in the property management system and generate reports


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree Holder of Hospitality Studies or related disciplines
  • Relevant experience in customer service, preferably in serviced apartments / hotels
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Positive character with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
  • Shift duty, including overnight, is required
