Human Resources Executive Assistant (Welfare) 人力資源事務助理(福利) (REF: A3/HREA/W/NET)
Roles & responsibilities:
  • Assist the executives in planning and implementing staff welfare benefits (such as medical benefits and staff awards/grants) and staff activities/functions (such as sports tournaments, award ceremonies and annual dinner);
  • collect and collate data/statistics/HR information for various staff schemes/awards review in relation to the market trend with liaison and communication with different internal/external parties;
  • deliver administration support for the implementation of the review/revision of staff welfare policies and procedures;
  • process applications for granting/reimbursements for staff welfare benefits;
  • assist in maintaining daily operations of the Staff Welfare Unit and handle enquiries from internal/retired staff members relating to staff welfare matters; and
  • assist in general office duties as well as handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or equivalent;
  • preferably with experience in event management;
  • proficient in English, Chinese and preferably Putonghua; and
  • good communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 2-year contract with a remuneration package which will commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
