Responsibilities

You will be responsible to deliver professional account servicing to premier customers through dedicated hotline.

  • Identify customer's need and expectation proactively
  • Uplift customer's experience by providing better solutions
  • Develop a long-term relationship with customers

 

Working location

  • Shatin (nearby City One Town)


Working hour

  • 42.5 working hours per week 

  • Work shifts between 8am – 8pm (including weekends & public holidays)

 

We look for

  • F.6 or above
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service (fresh graduate is also welcomed)
  • Customer oriented, solutions driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken English and Chinese
