• Develop and accountable for the content quality and its operational management on recruitment platform
• Devise the content strategy and execution plan for the team and ensure the content of the platform are delivered on a timely basis and aligned to the company’s strategies
• Monitor the impact and effectiveness of content distribution
• Develop and monitor marketing campaign to acquire new customers and retain existing customer to achieve target sales
• Explore and analyze business potential and extend new services to increase market share and business sales
• Manage all marketing campaign result and the overall business operation to achieve company goals
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to deliver excellent marketing, events and brand building programmes

• University degree preferably in Communications or related discipline. Fresh graduate will be also considered
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in digital content management, creating and writing content for web or app, preferably gained from online media or recruitment industry
• Experience in using content management system
• Sound knowledge on social media platform
• Attention to details, strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
