二級人力資源助理 (REF: A3/HRAII(SA)/NET)

Location: Sheung Wan

 Roles & responsibilities:
  • Render support to collect and collate data/information in relation to the HR systems and workflow with liaison and communication with the relevant parties including internal users and external vendors/contract-out service providers to facilitate the planning and implementation of the HRIS re-development project;
  • gather and consolidate data to update reports on human resources functions for reporting to the management;
  • handle internal and external enquiries on the operational matters of the HRIS and co-ordinate with stakeholders on the follow-up actions;
  • discharge office administration duties for the Personnel Section including consolidation of annual exercise/ review, compilation of information for the Section, logistic arrangement for various meetings; and
  • perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, arranging office supplies, typing, filing, booking conference/ meeting rooms and handling enquiries.
 The ideal candidate should possess:
  • (a) 5 passes in HKCEE including Chinese Language, English Language (Syl. B) & Mathematics or equivalent plus at least 2 years of clerical experience; or
    (b) completion of F.5 plus at least 3 years of clerical experience;
  • good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • well versed in MS Office Applications and good knowledge in computer software; and
  • experience in participating in the development of HRIS or related systems is an advantage.

 Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 2-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.  Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
