Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting duties for GL/AR and AP functions, including but not limited to:
• Prepare journals, voucher input and data entry;
• Support month end closing and account reconciliation;
• Program audit preparation;
• Handle billings and receipts;
• Verify the accuracy of invoices/expenses claims and other related documents;
• Process payments to vendors and reimbursement to staffs;
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Work pattern: 20-22 hours per week (negotiable)

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant discipline;
• Knowledgeable in accounting concepts and 2-3 years of relevant experience;
• Self-motivated, responsible, efficient and be able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and Word.
