Responsibilities:

• Work with the clinical team of the Society’s nursing home to provide spiritual care services to patients, families and carers of different religious and faith
• Promote patients and families spiritual well-being through:

– Spiritual counselling and provision of meaningful rituals, ceremonies and services

– Liaise with different religious bodies in providing support and services to meet individual patient’s spiritual need

Requirements:

• Certificate of Clinical Pastoral Education (400 hours)
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in hospital and palliative care preferable
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
