Responsibilities

• Develop and manage workflows and procedures for design and management of E&M and building services systems in Revit
• Document the workflows and procedures to establish standards of digital project delivery
• Set up and maintain a library of digital components and standard design solutions for E&M and building services systems
• Identify standard E&M components and design solutions used in MTR projects and model them as parametric families or standard designs in Revit
• Provide expert advice and support to project design management team and external consultants in application of the workflows and procedures for specific projects and in operation of Revit MEP and other digital tools for E&M design
   

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 6 years' experience in engineering design using Revit and related digital methods
• Hands-on experience in building Revit MEP parametric families and Revit MEP content management including creating / updating standards for those families
• Experience in automatizing design management, modelling in Revit, using Dynamo and programming experience in Python or C# is preferred
• Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, including presentation skill
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution, such as HKIBIM or HKIE is preferred

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
