Job Responsibilities:

• To be the person-in-charge and oversee the daily operation of the General Eye and Low Vision Centre.
• Work closely with the Chief Medical Executive in the supervision of ophthalmological and surgical services while giving direct supervision to optometry and optical dispensary services..
• Review service standards and develop plans for the business development of the Centre

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Health Care Management or related discipline;
• 5 years operational and management experience in Healthcare or Medical Service industry, of which 3 years in supervisory position;
• Strong leadership with problem-solving attitude;
• Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
