Marketing and Business Development Executive / Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

Marketing

• Formulate and implement marketing plans of Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
• Content management as well as the development and sustainability of various social media platforms, including company website, Facebook page, LinkedIn, client portal, etc.
• Organize marketing events for the purpose of brand building and promotion.
• Design promotional materials (e.g. health tips, newsletter, service flyers, etc.).
• Prepare market research & regular service reports for management review, and provide insights and suggestions for continual improvements and optimizations.

Business Development & Account Servicing

• Develop new business through RFP, proposal writing and sales presentation.
• Liaise and network with prospective/existing customers and possibly service partners, and address their needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage a number of EAP accounts independently.
• EAP renewal, contract management and other account servicing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above in marketing, business studies, psychology, human resources or social sciences.
• Digital marketing background with experience in website/portal development and graphic design will be highly desired.
• Fluent spoken English and Cantonese is a must, preferably with good command of Putonghua.
• Excellent English and Chinese writing skills.
• Strong communication and able to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge and efficiency in PC operations, including Chinese input, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Highly analytical, fast pace, excellent project and time management skills.
• Solid Marketing/Account Servicing experience is required for the post of Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive.
