Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate and execute fundraising strategy to grow individual, corporate and foundation donor base to secure long term and increased funding
• Plan and steer all appeals and activities for donor acquisition
• Identify new funding and partnership opportunities (grant, foundation, corporate giving major donors, events, etc)
• Develop and implement digital fundraising strategy to solicit fund/support from new and prospect donors and supporters
• Develop strategy to cultivate the relationship with existing donors to maximise donor retention
• Prepare reports, funding proposals, corporate giving portfolio and ensure all financial tracking records are up-to-date
• Assist the management in developing fundraising strategy and annual budget
• Support, coach and manage the subordinate staff
• Work closely with Communication Team and different departments to maximise the synergy of the output
• Perform other duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Economics, Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred
• With at least 10 years’ experience in relevant fields in which a minimum of 3 years in managerial grade
• Proven work experience in interacting with senior executives and business leaders
• Strong analytical skills and has the ability to collect, gather andanalyse information in details
• Demonstrated creative and innovative thinking, high degree of initiative and commitment to income growth and goal attainments
• An energetic, efficient, motivated and resourceful self-starter
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• A good team-player who is able to work alongside with colleagues at all levels
• Excellent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint, etc
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluent Mandarin
• Recognising HKACS’s mission and vision is a must
• Willing to take up ad-hoc assignments

Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
