高級人力資源經理(人事) 2 [REF: HHRD/SHRM(P)2/3/NET]
Location: Sheung Wan Roles & responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and implement human resources strategies to foster an effective administrative framework and promote personnel policies effectively in line with the corporate objectives;
  • plan, advise and maximize manpower resources utilization and formulate corporate HR strategies pertaining to payroll, provident fund, work injury and leave administration as well as development of HR related information systems;
  • supervise and direct established personnel practices to ensure effective implementation of policy decisions and enhance staff output and performance;
  • oversee and manage the internal office administration and staff development, coordinate work mechanism with internal and external parties, make forward planning in anticipation of changes, conduct regular review of the HR policies/practices/systems to meet operational needs, enforce prevailing practices, and ensure the operation is in compliance with statutory ordinances;
  • establish an effective communication link between the management and frontline and perform the role of secretary for the Staff Retirement Schemes Management Committee;
  • enhance and develop IT strategies for HR related systems for alignment with the latest ordinance and providing prompt responses to changes in practice and ensuring the establishment of best practices with the organization;
  • lead the personnel team for the provision of high quality, timely and effective services for the organization; and
  • provide administrative/advisory support to ad-hoc/joint projects, external consultant, government departments and other agencies.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A recognized degree in any discipline or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources related subject;
  • at least 6 years post-qualification experience in administration work, preferably at supervisory level in Human Resources field;
  • excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience.  The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.  Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.  The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
