Our Rehabilitation Team of Social Services Department currently runs more than 26 units throughout Hong Kong, providing a spectrum of services from rehabilitation services and care, social enterprises to commissioned projects.With fast expansion of services and development of new initiatives, we invite high caliber personnel to fill the following position:

Service Manager / Operations Manager (Rehabilitation Services) (Ref: SM/OM-RS)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Principal Social Services Secretary (Rehabilitation Services) in strategic service planning and development;
• Formulate, implement and review clinical guidelines, protocols and care process;
• Manage resources in budgetary objectives, manpower planning and project-based donation initiatives, with the ability to synthesize information into actionable corporate initiatives;
• Oversee and lead the frontline team in effective operations of service units to ensure smooth and efficient processes;
• Establish and foster long term relationship with respective Government bodies, NGOs, external counterparts and corporate sectors for funding initiatives or project-based events;
• Collaborate with other professionals in the in-service training from planning, implementation to evaluation;
• Prepare operations report and/or new project proposal when required;
• Perform any other duties as directed by management, and may be required to work in another work location to meet service needs; and
• Candidate with less experience and exposure will be posted to Operations Manager role at centre level.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in healthcare (Nursing, OT, PT), or Social Work discipline with a valid Practising Certificate issued by respective authority in Hong Kong;
• Preferably 7 years’ relevant experience in senior position in overseeing frontline operations and service development; with solid experiences in leading multi-disciplinary team with ability to manage multiple projects;
• Extensive healthcare knowledge is a plus;
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with client-centric mindset;
• Good communication skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
