Assistant Manager (Patient Concern Service)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in the implementation of pilot project of ‘Door-to-Door’ equipment delivery (DTD) and mobile depot of the Mobility Equipment Loan (MEL) service
  • Liaise with hospitals and NGOs to build up a case referral network and promote MEL service
  • Coordinate the case referrals, and assess the direct applications for free door-to-door delivery and fee waiver of rental
  • Manage clients’ information, financial issues and prepare statistics, service evaluation and reports, and deliver administrative duties related to the pilot project and MEL service
  • Manage the operation of DTD, mobile depot and MEL service
  • Train and supervise the subordinate and volunteers for piloting door-to-door delivery and mobile depot
  • Carry out ad hoc projects and undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree holder in Social Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in social service sectors
  • Solid experience in customer service, rehabilitation and social service
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office)
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, sound leadership skills and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent skills in communication and social networking

 

Contract period: Contract until 31 December 2021
