Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform receptionist duties including answering incoming calls, greeting clients & visitors
  • Handle daily administrative work: attendance taking, courier, mailing, office supplies purchasing & meeting arrangement, etc. 
  • Assist in document preparation, e.g. minutes, form filling, etc.  
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties when required

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • DSE or above;
  • 1-year related experience is preferred; recent graduate is also welcome
  • Language: Fluent Cantonese, Basic Mandarin, Basic English
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook & Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Polite, mature, well-organized and meticulous
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good organization and communication skills
