Responsibilities

• Identify and drive significant opportunities, driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
• Incorporate understanding of partnership ecosystem, data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
• Act as the product manager for innovation and emerging technology initiatives and new service offerings
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize features and product backlog.  Manage the product development process in terms of project schedule, budget, delivery, KPIs, and outsourcing
• Launch products and features, test performance, and iterate quickly
• Explore and adopt new technologies for new innovation initiatives
• Provide support to innovation project teams for new initiatives across the Corporation and amongst different geographies

Requirements

• Degree in Business / Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / Science or a related discipline 
• A minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience in reputable companies, of which 4 years should be at managerial level
• Proven experience in product management with a track record of successfully bringing new products or services to market
• Experience in managing day-to-day technical and design direction with good understanding of new and emerging technologies
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as 5G & IoT, Blockchain, AI machine learning, and web3
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex issues into simple reportable findings with practical recommendations  
• Commercial acumen with strong analytical, project management and leadership skills
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and senior audiences
• Data-driven and user-focused with the passion for innovation
