Responsibilities

• Provide IT application support and maintenance services to business users 
• Manage the reported tickets to maintain the service level agreements and achieve service targets
• Work with IT vendors and contractors at different levels to prioritise tasks
• Lead the in-house staff and contractors to carry out software enhancement and maintenance works
• Provide support on planning, budgeting and monitor variances for software / hardware and system support activities
   

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline 
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
• Experience in managing the following activities / systems:
  • Oracle Database, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI
  • SharePoint and workflow related applications
  • Web and mobile applications
  • iOS/Android applications, Unix/Linux, HTML5/PHP 
  • Software requirement management and vendor delivery management
  • Software development cycle
• Good communication and vendor management skills

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
