Fundraising Officer Events (Ref.: FCU/FOE/22/01)


  • To plan, implement and evaluate the fundraising events/activities delegated to her/him
  • To maintain proper record s for the fundraising events/activities for future reference
  • To revise create action plans and budget of the fundraising events/activities ; recruit and service sponsors,
    participants and volunteers, plan and implement logistical arrangements; coordinate IT and promotional
    matters; and document lessons learnt for fundraising events/activities
  • To work with different stakeholders for collecting feedback and suggestions on fundraising events/activities
  • To supervise Fundraising Officer II Events and /or Fundraising Assistant Events and volunteers in
    organizing the fundraising events/activities
  • To perform additional tasks and assignments as re quested by the Fundraising Manager Events



  • Degree holder with solid experience in events, fundraising or marketing
  • With more than five years experience in organizing large scale and complex event at supervisory level
  • Able to meet schedules and deadlines with determination, attentive to details , able t o handle multi tasks and
    work under pressure
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill; inclined to appreciate others’ perspective and able to
    coordinate the best possible compromise
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese , and fluent Putonghua
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Experience in Oxfam Trailwalker is highly desirable
  • Identification with Oxfam’ s mission and vision is a must
