Responsibilities

• Develop IT/IS solutions and control processes to automate the processes of extracting data from different sources, transforming the data and loading the data into a centralised data repository for subsequent applications
• Develop analytic models for assessing programme, cost, quality and risk performance of projects and extracting forward looking insights from the analysis result with the aim to facilitate the Centres of Excellence (CoE) to discharge the roles of second line of defence (2LoD)
• Develop, update, manage and maintain a dashboard reporting system that contains key KPIs of major projects across business units/ functions such as programme, cost, quality, risk, issue and etc., 
• Deliver and administer digital solutions and new technologies to improve the capability, effectiveness and efficiency of the CoE to deliver world class 2LoD functions
• Identify and implement new digital technologies to improve 2LoD capabilities
• Improve stakeholder communication and engagement by developing analytic models and visualisation reports to address the needs of stakeholders, maintain active communication channel and relationship with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Science or a related discipline 
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in design, construction, operations or maintenance of large-scale railway, building or infrastructure projects in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
• Knowledge of financial forecasting, cost modelling, project programming, Big Data programming, software coding, dashboard development or risk analysis is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with familiarity in Excel Marco, Power BI / Qlik / Tableau, Python, R and C++ is preferred 
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
