Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Common Data Environment in the design and construction stages across different railway projects
- Develop project specific documentation related to digital delivery and ensure a consistent approach is adopted across projects
- Advise the solutions for Building Information Management (BIM) and related digital tools on project reviews
- Approve project deliverables for compliance with the information requirements, project BIM Execution Plan, corporate standards with reference to industry best practices
- Provide expert advice and support in BIM and digital delivery to the design and construction management teams and take lead in liaising with external consultants on all related matters
- Manage and lead a team of engineers for Project Information Management
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture / Architectural Technology / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in construction industry, preferably using BIM and related digital methods, of which 3 years’ experience should be in BIM project management, including implementation and management of BIM 360, Revit and Navisworks standards
- Proven track record and hands-on experience in using BIM 360 and other relevant digital tools for design and construction management in a project portfolio
- Good working level knowledge of ISO19650
- Good organising skills and strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Possession of qualification of a recognised professional institution in BIM or Information Management, such as IC (CCBM) or HKIBIM is preferred
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
