Responsibilities

• Responsible for order administration in warehouse
• Communicate with operator, trucker and forwarders for shipment processing
• Data/information input and output in warehouse management system
• Response to customer’s inquiry in timely manner
• Understand service requirement and prioritize tasks
• Assist management in improvement projects

Who we are looking for

• Degree holder in Logistics, Business or any related principles
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Express industry
• Familiar with supply chain flow is a definite advantage
• Confident to communicate with internal / external customer and vendors, in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
• Hands-on computer knowledge in MS Excel, database management & statistical tools
• Well-organized, independent and self-driven
