業務拓展助理職責:
實習如何使用電腦整理樓盤資料
熟讀各樓盤資訊及樓宇買賣/租賃程序
視察/學習持牌地產代理實務工作, 如樓宇銷售程序及有關法律常識
持牌營業員 / 持牌地產代理職責:
搜集有關出售或租賃物業資訊
了解潛在的買家和租戶的需求
促成樓盤之買賣及租賃
向客戶介紹銀行按揭服務
實習如何使用電腦整理樓盤資料
熟讀各樓盤資訊及樓宇買賣/租賃程序
視察/學習持牌地產代理實務工作, 如樓宇銷售程序及有關法律常識
持牌營業員 / 持牌地產代理職責:

Requirements
業務拓展助理要求:中五學歷或以上程度
積極主動, 良好溝通技巧
具銷售經驗優先考慮
持牌營業員 / 持牌地產代理要求:
須持有效營業員 / 地產代理牌照
