Accounting Manager (Kowloon Bay)

Responsibilities
-Plan, co-ordinate and oversees implementation of ERP system
-Organize data conversion to ERP system
-Provide ERP training to staff members
-Handle and oversee daily duties of respective building fund accounts in accordance with internal accounting policies and procedures
-Prepare account reconciliation, maintain accounting books and records and accounting schedules
-Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports timely.
-Supervises the daily operation of respective accounts team.
-Monitoring accounts payable by reviewing payments and approving the payment vouchers and arranging bank signatories
-Checking monthly billings and debit notes
-Monitors the cash flow situation.
-Prepares the Daily Bank Balance Report to the Group and maintains an appropriate bank balance.
-Co-ordinates with both internal and external auditors., assists in annual audit and liaise with auditors.
-Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
-Bachelor holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines-Qualified accountant with HKICPA or ACCA or any organized regulatory accounting bodies
-At least 7 years of experience gained from sizeable corporation, with 3 years managerial experience.
-Work experience in the property management an advantage
-Good leadership, interpersonal skills and effective communication with business units
-Proficiency in MS Excel and Office
-Experience in using ERP system is an advantage.
-Good communication in both spoken & written English.
