Administrative Assistant (Office Administration)
Administration and Human Resources Administrative / Operation

Our client is one of the largest financial institutions in Hong Kong with a total of 44 branches located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
 
Our client is engaged in various business activities including the provision of personal and commercial lending, overdraft, property mortgage loans, hire purchase and leasing, taxi financing and fixed deposits, etc. Our client provides customers with convenient and good quality services at all times. With around 1,400 staff.
 

Highlight

- Assist in handling branch relocation, renovation and maintenance
- 1-2 years working experience with relevant exposure in property management/building maintenance
- Discretionary bonus + 15 days of annual leave
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling branch relocation, renovation and maintenance
- Assist in dealing with vendors/suppliers
- Assist in other office and administrative duties
- Ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Secondary education
- 1-2 years working experience with relevant exposure in property management/building maintenance
- Good interpersonal skills
- Independent, self-motivated
