Responsibilities

- Oversee school operations and administration, via serving as Chairperson / Member in the respective IMC and other school governing bodies;
- Ensure compliance with School Administration Guide or other regulations instituted;
- Implement industry best practice on school management, staff management and service delivery to enhance quality;
- Identify collaboration opportunities, develop network and create public communications strategies to expand the education services and enhance for the organisation’s brand.
- Perform any legitimate duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements
- An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army. - Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Science or related disciplines with at least 8 years of post-degree experience in education plus 3 years’ experience in school administration, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of school education system and related government policies of Hong Kong.
- With visions and international horizons in latest development in education and pedagogy.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Analytical thinking with good interpersonal skills, able to build rapport.
- Organized, detail-oriented and with good interpersonal skills.
