Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to the Territory/Division Headquarters, Corps (Churches), and other sites as instructed.
- Manage the IT Helpdesk Support system.
- Provide support to email/printing system, Human Resources System, Finance System,
- Central IT provisioning systems, hardware/software/network installation and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate on request for IT system enhancement and provide IT training to the Salvation Army’s user community.
- Maintain and administrate various Wi-Fi/network, servers, information systems and computer inventories.
- Cover IT responsibilities in the absence of IT Officer(s).
- Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the Head of Department / Senior IT Officer(s).
- Ensure effective & efficient IT Support is provided to the Salvation Army as a whole.
- Assist superiors in managing all the IT systems of the Salvation Army.

Requirements
- An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army - Degree / Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Knowledge in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft O365/products, HCI, VDI, Linux, web applications, mobile apps, networking devices (routers, switches…etc), SAN/NAS, data/system backup & recovery, and other IT hardware. Knowledge of IT security architecture and technological safeguards
- Strong communication skills and quality customer services attitudes.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferable.
