Assistant Manager, Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance - (231265)
Responsibilities
-Assist in maintaining the asset management system of Electrical Power Supply for Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) System
-Develop, refine and execute all related AGL operational procedures, contingency plans, drills and exercises
-Conduct regular risk-based system review and initiate improvement works to ensure system robustness and reliability
-Manage asset inspection and handover, workmanship monitoring, test & commissioning of alternation and improvement works, corrective and preventive maintenance works, and overhaul works of AGL System and/or other related electrical and mechanical facilities
-Conduct system fault investigation and analysis, and provide recommendation for improvement
-Provide technical solutions to new development of AGL system and/or other related electrical and mechanical facilities works during the design, implementation and handover stage to ensure all maintenance have been taken into account
-Maintain asset register and drawings of the AGL system and/or related electrical and mechanical facilities

Requirements
-Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronic Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 6 years’ relevant working experience in project and/or maintenance management for electrical, electronics and control systems-Candidates without the specified academic qualification but have 10 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered
-Professional qualification in electrical, electronics and control related disciplines gained from recognized professional bodies is preferred
-Solid experience in managing AGL system or large scale power network systems will be an advantage
-Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, analytical and organizing skills
-Proactive, service-oriented and able to work independently
-Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker for HV and/or LV electrical installations will be an advantage
-Possess a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
-Proficient in MS Office applications
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
