Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
-Business development on clients (ie. deal with HR managers, line managers and even company owners), including recruitment service and other HR solution services;
-Provide headhunting service and manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidate to client interview to offer stage;
-Build and maintain relationships with clients;
-Provide consultancy service to both candidate and client on market trend, future development, salary range and candidate pool;
-Identifying, developing and managing business relationships

Requirements
-Degrees in HR, Communications, Global studies, International studies will have an advantage.-Have a global mindset
-2 years of Sales/Consultancy experience (from insurance or digital marketing or media agency will be an advantage)
-Fluency in English and Cantonese is a necessary
-Speaking fluent Mandarin will be a big plus
-Ambitious, motivated, able to cope with stressful situations and fast paced environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Able to work independently, optimistic and have high energy level
-Fresh Grad / Candidates have less relevant experience may be considered as Business Solution Executive
Salary
HKD 12,000.00 - 40,000.00 Per Month
