Responsibilities
協助董事處理日常企業營運, 計劃及安排商務行程, 隨同出席活動, 安排會議, 處理及跟進電郵, 提供秘書支援工作, 協助處理董事的私人事務
• Provide business support to the top management daily / 一般助理工作
• Responsible for marketing issues and corporate admin. Duties / 協助處理日常企業營運
• Maintain calendar and marketing tasks schedules of the top management / 計劃及安排商務行程
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow / 協助與不同部門溝通
• Monitoring and responding to post and/or emails, prioritizing correspondence, and using initiative to route emails to the appropriate individuals for action / 安排會議, 處理及跟進電郵
• Assist with ad hoc activities if needed / 提供秘書支援工作
schedules of the top management
• Assist executive to manage internal cross-departmental and cross-locational project coordination, including project meeting documents, preparation, monitor project check-points
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for smooth operation, Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and draft business correspondences, reports and presentation materials
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to executive
• Organize and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses
• Responsible for travel coordination including arranging flights, hotel accommodation, meeting arrangement, and reimbursement
• Handle administrative matters for Sales Support team and Marketing team, including but not limited to employee onboarding and off-boarding, payment issues, internal accounts applications, equipment arrangement, stationery ordering
• Handle details of confidential and critical nature
• Flexibility to handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements
• High Dip or above / 文憑以上• Min 2 year of experience in Admin field / 兩年以上經驗
• Good communication skills, detail minded with high accuracy of work / 良好溝通技巧
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese , English , and Mandarin / 良好 中文,英文,普通話
Working hours: 10AM to 7 PM
Salay: $23000 or above
