Job Description
Handle incoming calls & emails with ISO9001 standard
Handle the calls with ticketing system
Provide customer service manner to users with effective communicatin
Provide remote guidance to users if needs
Provide general training to users if need
Assist the Helpdesk regular update/reviews tasks
Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd level support or supervisor
Requirements
High Diploma or above in information technology or related discipline
Salary
HKD 19,000.00 Per Month
