Responsibilities
Provide infrastructure engineering and technical project support to HK IT Platforms team.
Perform technical support on Platform services and systems, including but not limited to active directory services, VDI services, secure File transfer, identity management and workflow solutions
Provide technical and operational documentation for Platform services to ensure the business and operation support stability
Liaison and coordinate with application and business owners for project and BAU deliverables
Coordinating system Infrastructure and Application maintenance, upgrades, and perform vulnerability management
Provide technical project planning and implementation for Platform new initiatives
Establish and maintain sustainable cloud infrastructure for on-prem system migration to align with Cloud First strategy.

Requirements
Requirements:High Diploma or above in information technology or related discipline
5-7 years of experience in infrastructure support directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Working experience in financial industry is an advantage
Expert level of experience in configure and troubleshoot enterprise ICT component like Windows servers, Active Directory, Sharepoint, SQL Server; Redhat Enterprise Linux Server, Apache httpd server, Apache Tomcat, PostgreSQL, MySQL; VMWare ESX/ESXi server, VMWare View Manager,
Good knowledge in Window / VMWare / Unix / Linux operating systems (scripting, configuration and troubleshooting) and backup solution
Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
Migrate on-premise applications to Kubernetes-based cloud platforms such as AWS EKS
Integration, testing and deployment experience in CI/CD tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Ansible and etc is an advantage
Experience in AWS or other Cloud support including monitoring is a plus
Self-starter, collaborative and strong troubleshooting skills to address issues promptly
Possession of relevant certifications such as AWS Certified (associated or above) is must
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Salary
HKD 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 Per Month
