Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer services at Government VIP Lounge (GVIPL) / HKIA Lounge (HKIAL)
- Assist VIPs in check-in arrangements, immigration and customs clearance
- Monitors the performance of suppliers/ service contractors and conducts regular inspections at GVIPL / HKIAL
- Assist in managing the Authority's equipment and hardware / software to facilitate daily frontline operations
- Perform other customer service related duties assigned by the Authority
- Require to wear uniform with grooming standard and work on shift duties

Requirements
- Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed, associate degree or higher diploma with minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience or secondary education level with at least 4 years’ working experience will also be considered- Associate degree or higher diploma holder or secondary education level with at least 2 years’ working experience will be considered as Operation Officer Trainee
- A good team player, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
