Operation Officer, Landside Services - (220425)Closing Date: 2022-06-28
Responsibilities
- Real time monitoring of day-to-day operations, perform in-terminal, SkyPier, roadside and work sites patrols (Three Runway System, Two Runway System and Hong King Port). Handle and prepare day-to-day operation logs, reports and paper works.
- Attend to accidents, incidents and fault report and coordinate with external and internal parties concerned for assistance, remedial actions and solutions.
- Liaise and coordinate with service contractor for road management, in terminal and landside cleaning, car park management, taxi station management, anti-touting, SkyPier baggage handling and tax refund.
- Liaise and coordinate with captains, Ferry Handling Agent, service contractors for berth control, slot assignment, high-speed ferry speed monitoring, operate the operation system e.g. SkyPier Manifest Verification and Airport Tax Refund System, Pier Information Management System, Automatic Identification System and other duties in relation to SkyPier operations.
- Enforce AA Bylaws, conduct on scene investigation and prepare incident/ accident reports for the necessary actions of management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in aviation, logistics, business administration, transportation or related disciplines with at least 1 year's work experience in operational related area. Fresh graduate will also be considered.- F.5 / DSE graduate with minimum of 5 years' working experience in airside / landside / road management of airport or airline operations will also be considered
- Possession of valid HK driving license class 1 or 2
- Being a good team player, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
