Operations Officer
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and identify potential opportunities
- Liaise with internal and external parties to deliver smooth and effective workflow
- Collect and gather client/agent’s feedback on the service quality and report to the management
- Assist in explore potential business opportunities and handle business development projects
- Assist Supervisors in daily ferry operations and customer service
- Assist in liaison with government and organizations in relation to operations, planning or other projects
- Assist in analyze operation and financial reports, budgets and projections
- Handle other duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements
- Degree or above in Transport, Logistics, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management or equivalent- At least 3 years' relevant working experience, local ferry management experience is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and good serving attitude
- Presentable and strong in communication skills
- Self-motivation with a strong will to learn
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
