Programme Coordinator, Educational Services Department (Ref: PC / ESD / 09-23)
Responsibilities
• Responsible for coordinating programme management and implementation, including tutors
management, negotiate with school partners, student and parents, review content of programmes
and classes scheduling.
• Manage teaching staff, including their performance, progress of student support and curriculum
development.
• Manage school-based programmes, including campaigns and events for Pre-schools, Primary and
Secondary Schools.
• Prepare various reports, statistical reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Assist in programme development and promotion, funding proposal and report writing.
• Coordinate large-scale educational activities, exhibitions, and competitions.
• Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by superior(s).

Requirements
• An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army• Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Education or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of post-degree project management experience. Experience in educational
institutions is preferred.
• Strong computer literacy as well as MS Office skills, and Chinese and English input methods.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Multi-tasking, independent, self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and meet
deadlines.
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Those with less work experience or lower academic qualifications may also be considered.
• Able to work outside of regular office hours and off-campus duty as and when required.
• Those with less work experience or lower academic qualifications (recent graduates, associate
degree holders, college graduates or above) may be considered for employment as Assistant
Programme Coordinator.
• Immediate available is preferred.
